The Narwal Freo X Ultra robot vacuum and mop is one of the most effective combos that I've tested. Its base station features a large water tank and dustbin, and its dual rubber brush is less likely to tangle hair than single bristles.
Its mopping efficiency is impressive and its AI mapping is excellent at getting around obstacles. It also has the ability to stop its cleaning task and resume it where it was when it stopped.

The Dreame X40 Ultra is the latest top-of-the-line robot mop and vacuum from Dreame and comes with some features that the company's less expensive models don't have. It is a top suction model and mops hard floors with ease. It also comes with many advanced features, including self-detangling roller brushes and auto-extending mop heads that make it an excellent option for hands-free cleaning. The X40 Ultra also offers automatic self-cleaning of the base station and dust collection filter. The mop pads are automatically cleaned in hot water and then drained, and the dirty water tank is emptied automatically after every cleaning session.
It offers advanced options to customize the cleaning schedule. For example you can set the exact start and end time for each cycle or whether it should clean carpets first before mopping. It can also be told to clean areas that are particularly dirty and then increase its suction power around cat litter boxes and pet food bowls. The X40 Ultra can be programmed to perform specific tasks upon demand, such as cleaning the kitchen sink or bathroom toilet. It can be programmed to automatically raise the front side brush when it detects wet areas and to clean up debris from the edges and baseboards.

It automatically empties the dust bin into a smaller one and cleans and dries its own mop pad between cleaning sessions. It also comes with a sophisticated feature set that lets it switch between rugs and hard, effectively remove pet hair and dirt from carpets, and clear the thresholds of rooms that are raised.
The S1 Pro has excellent navigation and mapping due to the internal dToF system. It is able to maintain an unobtrusive appearance while providing the best in detection of objects. It is able to drive close to walls and avoid steps without crashing. It also raises the mop automatically when driving on short-pile or rugs carpets. It had a difficult time when it encountered longer-pile carpets and also there were a few large, thick piles of dried-on debris.
The S1 Pro is ready to start right out of the box, and it only needs a quick mapping run to learn about your home. Once it's done, the map is displayed in the app and rooms can be added or merged as needed.
